Return Goods Policy
Goods purchased from our site may be returned on the following conditions:
- Only stocked products as listed in the current stock list are eligible for return. The current stock list can be requested. No special designed products are eligible for return unless sent to the customer as the result of an error at the factory.
- Authorization must be obtained from ACS prior to returning any product.
- Returned product must be in resalable condition and in their original cartons. Credit will not be issued for that portion of product that is not considered resalable.
- ACS reserves the right to inspect all returned product and issue final determination as to its condition.
- Credit will be issued based on invoice price, less a 25% restocking charge.
- Product will not be accepted for return after 120 days past the invoice date.
- Product must be returned to ACS within 30 days from the date of issue of the Return Authorization Number.
- All returns must have the Return Authorization Number prominently tagged on all cartons being returned.
